Here's the process for my commissions!
Request is sent to me. See CONTACT page if you'd like to send a request.
I reply with a quote. I might ask for clarification, or I may turn down the request.
Once you approve the quote, I will send an invoice using your Paypal email.
Once the invoice is paid, I will send a sketch/draft. This usually takes around a week.
You review the draft. You can make up to 3 changes. Once the draft is approved, no refunds can be made.
I send over the final for approval. Low-res progress images may be requested before this. Please see below (General Terms, Revisions) for more info on what revisions can be made at this stage.
Once approved, the full-res image will be emailed as a PNG. Final image will be 300 dpi.
General Terms
Payment: All payments via PayPal (in USD). Payment must be received in full before the commission is started.
Refund Policy: No refunds after first draft (sketch) has been approved.
Average Completion Time: ~3-4 weeks after payment, not guaranteed. However, if a deadline is given and a rush fee is applied, the image will be sent within a certain amount of time.
Revisions: A maximum of 3 edits may be made during drafting phase. After the draft is approved, I will only make edits if I made an error based on the references provided. I will not make large revisions for something that wasn't specified in the original description/references (e.g. pose changes, design overhauls, etc.).
Usage: I retain rights to use and display commissions, unless otherwise discussed.
Commercial use: Personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
